Its extremely fast gel time makes it suitable for several applications. Rocathaan Hotspray PA 200-FQ is developed as a flexible seamless coating for furniture. These flexible coatings seamlessly follow every detail and form a supple skin with a warm, soft touch effect.To protect against discoloration use a alifatic flexible topcoat. Rocathaan Hotspray PA 250 (aromatic polyurea) More information	Fast set, rapid curing, 100% solids, soft elastic, aromatic, two component pure polyurea spray polyurea that can be applied to suitably prepared surfaces. Its extremely fast gel time makes it suitable for several applications. Renovation of exesting bitume roofs and several other applications where a soft finish is required. Rocathaan Hotspray MP 420 (aromatic modified polyurea)	Fast set, rapid curing, 100% solids, flexible, aromatic, modified polyurea (hybrid) that can be applied to suitably prepared surfaces. Rocathaan Hotspray PU 455 (aromatic polyurethane) More information	Highly reactive solvent-free hotspray coating based on high quality polyurethane technology. After complete hardening, a solid top layer is created that forms a good balance between impact resistance – from 2,5 mm – and elasticity. Once completely hardened, the product can be sanded easy. Rocathaan Hotspray PU-455 is used, for example, to finish and protect metals and coat EPS, XPS and other hard isolation types. Rocathaan Hotspray PU 455 can also be used as a vapor-tight finishing for floors, walls and ceilings inside buildings. Medium /hardcoat Elongation ± 60% Shore hardness 63 ±5 D (DIN 53505)

Rocathaan Hotspray PA 600 (aromatic polyurea) More information	Fast set, rapid curing, 100% solids, hard light flexible, aromatic, two component spray pure polyurea that can be applied to suitably prepared surfaces as concrete, metal and wood. Its extremely fast gel time makes it suitable for applications. For example as a finishing on metal, wood and polystyrene in situations where a hard layer is necessary (furniture). Rocathaan Hotspray PU 45-BA (polyurethane, slow-set) More information	100% solids, slow setting, spray-applied, aromatic polyurea coating system. The slower than typical gel time allows for the introduction of mineral, aggregate, colored quartz, or colored acrylic flake to provide a tough, slip-resistant, waterproof, industrial or decorative finish. Can be used to create a non-slip surface on plaza decks, balconies, and walkways, parking decks, ramps and stalls, stadium walkways, aisles, decks and stairs, loading docks and ramps, bridge decks and other applications. Normally used with a base membrane as a crack bridging layer like PA 136-T

Rocathaan PA Coating HV (polyurea, hand applied) More information	Solvent-free 2-component sealant system based on a high-quality manually applicable polyurea technique with crack-bridging and highly wear-resistant properties. Can be applied in thickness of 2,5 - 3 mm as a self leveling synthetic floor. Potlife 25 minutes.
