Self-levelling flooring in the automotive

Carfloor-M is a wear-resistant, synthetic floor finish with a polyurethane base that has been used for over 10 years as a seamless floor in refrigerated lorries, trailers, mobile shops and many other vehicles.

Carfloor-M is manually applied in liquid form without the need for special tools. Carfloor-M does not contain any solvents and is almost odourless and self-levelling after being applied.

After it has hardened, it forms a smooth floor finish with wear-resistant properties and a low roll-resistance for pallet trucks and roll containers. Carfloor-M is resistant to many chemicals and meets the requirements that are applicable to the transportation of foodstuffs.

Carfloor-M is available in five standard colours in 5 kg or 10 kg packaging. On request, other RAL colours are also available in weights of 5 kg or more.

If desired, Carfloor-M can be made antislip by applying a Cartop finish to the floor as a final treatment. It is also possible to apply decorative coloured chips to the floor.
